This autumn, the Omsk Drama Theater "Galerka" welcomes guests and participants of the II International Theater Festival "Dostoevsky. Omsk". The theater Forum will begin its work on November 11, on Fyodor Mikhailovich's birthday.
The festival will be opened by a guest of the project – the M. Gorky National Academic Drama Theater from Minsk (Republic of Belarus).
The Dostoevsky Festival. Omsk" promises to be a bright event in the theatrical life of Omsk and will allow the audience to appreciate the variety of creative interpretations of the works of the great writer.
The festival will end on November 17 with the screening of the play "Idiot" by the Omsk Drama Theater "Galerka". This is not the first time the theater has turned to the work of F.M. Dostoevsky, now the performances "The Brothers Karamazov" and "Crime and Punishment" are on its stage. The director of the play "Idiot" is Honored Worker of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vitko.
