Everything is great. Clean, nice rooms. Shower and toilet in the room, towels, bathrobes and slippers are snow-white. The staff is pleasant. The buffet is varied. We were passing through for 1 day. Everything is great. We recommend it.

A magnificent hotel. I've been wondering for a long time why this hotel doesn't have 4 or 5 stars. I didn't find an answer. The staff is friendly, the room is nice and clean. The food is good. View of the Irtysh River from the window.
